Once logged into BOOWME, complete your profile to spark curiosity and encourage others to learn more about you!
Add your education level, job, height, and country of origin to help other users get to know you better.
Enrich your profile with photos that reflect your lifestyle.
Write a bio that mirrors your personality. Be authentic and add a personal touch to capture attention.
Update your passions, qualities, and the qualities you’re looking for in others to provide a clear picture of who you are.
Include more photos of yourself to give other users a fuller glimpse of your everyday life.
Discover Boowme's locks
BOOWME’s ‘locks’ are an efficient way to manage your messages. Let’s discover how they work!
In the ‘Requests’ section, you’ll find all the profiles that want to chat with you. Here, you’re allowed a maximum of 3 messages; any messages after that will be automatically hidden.
To continue talking to someone who caught your attention, you must ‘lock’.
All your locks are listed here. To optimize your time and focus only on those who matter most to you, you can lock up to 5 profiles and engage in conversations with a maximum of 5 people at a time.
Little tip: Take the Match-Tests before locking someone. This allows you to discover your compatibility before you engage in a conversation and further optimize your time.
Discover Boowme's Wall
Boowme’s Wall gathers all interactions on your profile as posts.
There are four sections:
The “All” section: Here, you can discover your likes, matches, match tests results, and other informations. You can react with an emoji, engage with comments, start a discussion, or send a match test to grab someone’s attention.
The “Notifications” section ensures you don’t miss any interaction news on your profile.
You can find other sections like match and favorites. Favorites are individuals you’ve marked as favorite so you can find them easily later.
Discover Boowme's unlocks
In Boowme, If you feel that the person you are locked with is not compatible with you, you can exit the conversation at any time. Here’s how to proceed:
In the locks section, select the chat window of the person you want to unlock, and press the Unlock icon at the top right.
You will be prompted to explain why you want to unlock this person. This choice will be directly sent to their profile, explaining why you chose to leave the conversation. As a result, you have freed up a spot in your locks, and you can now lock other people from the “Requests” section.
At any time, you can check your unlocks and locked them again in the “Unlocked Conversations” section.
